  • Delivered a special lecture at Department of Political Science, Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow, 20th April.

  • • Made a presentation on Andhra Pradesh and Telegana and the Fourteenth Finance Commission at a workshop on The Fourteenth Finance Commission: Emerging Contours of Fiscal and Cooperative Federalism organised by the Centre for Public Affairs, Centre for Multilevel Federalism at the Institute of Social Sciences, India International Centre and the UNDP on 23 April 2015 at the IIC New Delhi.
  • • Presented a paper "Federalism in Transition: Federal Coalitions and Centralisation in India Continuity and Change in Indian Federalism" at the Leverhulme Network Workshop organised by the University of Hyderabad, 9-11 April 2015.
