Workshop on Survey Research – Organized by Centre for the Study of Developing Societies, Delhi and Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency, Lahore

The workshop was organized at Lahore, Pakistan from 18th to 20th March 2015. The objective of the workshop was to train researchers about nuanced aspects of survey research. This was a capacity building exercise initiated by the Lokniti Team to enhance survey conducting skills of the PILDAT team. Other participants included Research Scholars and Lecturers from various colleges in Pakistan. Components of the training included:

• Formulating the correct Sampling technique
• Questionnaire Designing
• Conducting Fieldwork
• Data Entry
• Data Analysis using the S.P.S.S

Sanjay Kumar, Shreyas Sardesai, Nitin Mehta, Jyoti Mishra, and Vibha Attri from Lokniti were the resource persons for this workshop.
