College of Arts & Commerce, Zuarinagar, Goa. She joined M.E.S College in1975 and teaches International Relations, Political Theory and Institutions, Western Political Thought at the under graduate level. Dr. Rodrigues worked on the Good Governance Project with the Department of Political Science, Goa University in 2000. Dr.Rodrigues has been associated with Lokniti/CSDS since 2004. She was Goa state coordinator for the National Election Study 2004 (NES 2004) and is presently engaged with a UGC Project on "Fishing in Goa, Economic, Social and Political Aspects". Research Interests: Dr.Rodrigues completed her PhD. on Goa's historic Opinion Poll of 1967. She has been working on Goan: Politics, Elections, Parties. Goan Culture and Good Governance. At the moment she is working on human rights - rights of women and child.
